1. Purpose of the Platform

Nepali Startups is an open, independent, and verified registry designed to showcase companies, technology ventures, and innovators founded or operating in Nepal and by the Nepali diaspora worldwide.

2. Submissions & Founder Representations

When you submit a startup or claim a profile, you represent and warrant that:

• All provided information (company name, stage, metrics, founders, links) is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the legal authority or permission to represent the venture.
• Uploaded media (logos, showcase images) belongs to your organization or you hold appropriate licensing rights.
• Your venture does not promote illegal activities, deceptive practices, or discriminatory conduct.

3. Moderation & Editorial Discretion

Nepali Startups reserves the right to review, edit for clarity or formatting, approve, reject, or remove any listing or community post that fails to comply with our community guidelines, verification criteria, or quality benchmarks.

4. Ecosystem Feed & Community Conduct

The ecosystem feed is dedicated to constructive updates, milestone celebrations, and hiring opportunities. Harassment, spam, defamatory content, or automated bot activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Logos, company names, and trademarks displayed on venture profiles remain the property of their respective owners. The design, aggregation software, curation, and visual layout of Nepali Startups remain the property of Nepali Startups.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nepali Startups provides venture information for discovery and educational purposes only. We do not offer financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any engagement or investment with a featured startup is strictly at your own discretion.
