2. You must not
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated startup information.
- Impersonate another person, company, or NepalStartups staff.
- Claim ownership of a startup you do not represent.
- Harass, threaten, or demean other users in comments or messages.
- Post spam, advertising, or unrelated promotional content.
- Post hate speech, sexually explicit content, or content that incites violence.
- Share private or confidential information about others without consent.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute the directory in bulk without permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
- Use automated tools to create accounts, vote, or comment.
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
3. Startup content standards
- Logos and images must be ones you have the right to use.
- Descriptions must reflect the actual product, stage, and team.
- Contact details must be valid and monitored by the startup.
- Funding and metrics claims should be accurate and, where possible, verifiable.
4. Reporting
If you see content that violates this policy, report it to [email protected]. We review reports and act as appropriate.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion. We are not obligated to explain every moderation decision, but we try to be fair and consistent.
