Bolnivo

Bolnivo is a pre-launch AI front desk for Nepali service businesses: salons and spas, hotels and guesthouses, clinics, auto garages, restaurants, gyms, consultancies and trekking agencies. Connected to a business website plus WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and Messenger, it answers only from owner-approved information, checks real availability, and books straight into Google Calendar or Outlook. The team is explicit about three constraints: grounded answers instead of invented prices or slots, a lock so the same slot cannot be double-booked, and a rolling memory of recent messages so a conversation stays coherent. It handles English, Nepali and Romanized Nepali, hands the thread to staff on request, and lists Starter, Pro and Business plans at Rs 4,999 to Rs 19,999 per month with a 14-day trial and a free pilot for early businesses. Public launch is scheduled for 28 October 2026.
